Following the Government announcement last night, all our non-essential operations will temporarily close from today for an initial period of three weeks. However, Lee and our office staff will still be working remotely, and our phone lines, emails, website and social media will remain open.
We want to assure you that we have put plans in place to serve those customers who have work that is considered essential, for example, attending boiler breakdowns and plumbing emergencies. We are also considering the precautions that we can put in place to protect the people that our employees come into contact with, as well as ensuring their own safety.
During these unprecedented times we will continue to adapt and we want to reassure you that we will be contactable for emergencies, general advice and to discuss your future plans for home improvements.
We apologise for any disruption our temporary closure may cause, but we consider that this is the responsible action to take.
Thank you for your understanding, stay safe and please do not hesitate to contact us

We wanted to let you know what we’re doing in response to the Coronavirus outbreak to protect our stakeholders…
We are closely monitoring government guidelines and have implemented enhanced hygiene procedures throughout our business, we have sourced as many sanitisers and other protective supplies as possible and have distributed these to our sites.
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with advice and support whenever needed.
We will continue to follow government health advice and we will be putting all the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed.
We understand this is a challenging time for everyone and we have put business continuity plans into action so we can make sure we can continue to serve our customers across Wrexham.
We will be keeping our stakeholders up to date as the situation evolves, through emails our website, social media feeds and an automated telephone answering service.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us
Thanks, as ever, for your support - look after yourselves and each other.
