**Updated 31/10/25** the issue has now been resolved by Lee and the shower tray replaced. My dad is happy with the job done and grateful to Lee for sorting.

Lee Wright fitted a new bathroom suite 2 years ago for my dad and there have been issues ever since. It started with a pipe cut too short that caused a leak into the room below and there has been further leaks on 2 more occasions since. The latest issue is now that the shower tray has cracked.

We recently had our bathroom ripped out and refitted by Lee Wright plumbing. Tim came around to measure up with samples of shower panels which was brilliant as we could take the sample to match up with tiles he listened to what we wanted for our new bathroom & swiftly got back with our quote. No pressure selling either.

Every day the lads turned early and never left without a trace of mess.
A couple of issues we had albeit they were sorted with no problem, Nathon the guy that did the bulk of tilings & fitting the shower cubicle and bathroom units took pride in his work. Which is a refreshing change this day and age.

Very happy with our finished bathroom just had to fit our blinds and mirror ourselves due to not knowing what I wanted till the bathroom was finished plus the other bits you need in a bathroom to finish it off. Thanks Nathon & Ben

Excellent Emergency Service

Lee Wright plumbing fitted our boiler and shower 7 years ago and so pleased with all their work that we only have them to service the gas boiler for it's annual service with gas fire as required, excellent knowledge and clean working plus tidy up after themselfs. Brilliant company, I needed a gas boiler and gas fire inspection and only had a small window of time. They were very accomodating and arranged a visit for me. Julian came and was very efficient, the gas fire was declared unfit for use so he removed it and we discovered a few problems. Julian was brilliant, he gave me very good advice which helped me know how to deal with the problem which was great as I had to sort it out within 24 hours. Cannot thank Julian enough and I would thoroughly recommend this company and would certainly use them again????

Excellent service from start to finish. Quote received promptly and work carried out within a fortnight of receiving the quote.
Bathroom renovation completed in 5 days. Guys were very clean and tidy and showed up when they said they would. All debris and old material taken away at the end of each day. Dust sheets and carpet protectors used at all times. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend ????

had a leak in the airing cupboard, coming down through the ceiling, within half an hour of my call their engineer was on site, diagnosed, went to get a new tank returned and the job was completed within the hour, with no emergency call out fee, just standard labour and parts. I cannot praise this company highly enough! My elderly father had a problem with his (oil-fired) boiler late at night, on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. It was emitting lots of acrid fumes. His usual service engineer was not answering his phone and so I rang round several local companies to find someone who offered oil fired boiler services - there aren't that many locally! I found Lee Wright and they were just so good. They reassured me, helped me make the boiler safe until the engineer came out and then diagnosed the fault quickly. The first engineer couldn't fix it, but next working day, out came the fixer and all was sorted. I was expecting quite a high bill - emergency call out, two visits, etc. - but it was much lower than expected. Although my dad still has his regular engineer, Lee Wright are now my plumbers, so I'll be posting more reviews I'm sure!

We would just like to thank you all for your efforts in getting Morfudd’s heating boiler sorted so quickly. As I mentioned, Morfudd is 98 years old.
When her boiler broke down we immediately tried to get it fixed by ringing several numbers in the book without reply. You answered promptly and responded positively by arranging your technician, Mark, to call that day.
Mark was excellent, he set about analysing the problem in a calm, logical and reassuring way. He was sensitive to Morfudd’s hearing difficulties and fully explained the situation.
The boiler was eighteen years old, beyond economical repair and we were daunted by the fact that it could take some time to arrange a new boiler to be fitted.
We needn’t have worried, you provided a quotation and arranged a fitting in very quick time. Once again Mark attended with a colleague (I can’t remember his name) and began the operation. They both worked tirelessly and got the job done on the day.
The fit was carried out cleanly, efficiently, without fuss and everything was up and running in less than a week from start to finish.
Thank you so much, from the moment we got in touch, you have all been so helpful, we are grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company.

Can’t fault service so far! Sunday morning 8am, boiler is leaking. Called and got through to Sophie. Asked if I could send some pictures over WhatsApp. All reviewed and someone coming out tomorrow to fix it. All done within 30mins of calling. Thank you ????

Not able to review any work- called this company a week ago to ask for a quote for some work to be done- was told that i would recieve a call withing 45 mins- a week later still no call back.
If i can not even be contacted to get a quote done not sure i would ever be able to trust the quaility of the work as already seems unreliable.

Got the boiler serviced after moving to the area, but the boiler still has pressure issues after following instructions to bleed all radiators. Understand they have glowing reviews elsewhere, but when you pay to fix a problem, then more for parts and extra time and the problem still remains then it isn't 5 star.

Bang on time for the appointment (annual boiler service), really nice guy (Mark) had a decent chat, fair price and offered good clear advice about a few other issues.

Fully recommend, lined up a quote for some other work on the back of this appointment and intend to use again for that.

Edit: 29/11 - used again for a Shower tray replacement and some boiler / water pipe replacement work. Mainly dealt with Nathan who was polite and professional throughout. Did a great job, cleaned up some existing bits in the bathroom (new water tap cover) that I didn't even specifically ask for. Tidied up and took away all old waste / rubbish and work completed in a way that complemented existing fixtures / fittings perfectly

Highly recommend and would use again.

We recently had a whole heating system installed by Lee Wright Plumbing, and we cannot thank them enough! Tim was so quick to come and give us a quote and arrange the work to be done before the weather got too cold. The lads who came to do the work were so polite and efficient, they had the hot water running again within one day and partial heating sorted the next, ensuring we were as comfortable as could be during the process. They were considerate of alterations that needed to be done to install the pipe work, and kept these alterations to a minimum, demonstrating tremendous skill and forethought. Highly recommend and cannot wait to use their services again for our bathroom and kitchen refurbs ????

Cracking service. Needed some new taps fitted and some new valves for the washer and dishwasher connections. Helpful and friendly on the phone. I had a serious water leak under a concrete floor. The plumbers identified the problem and suggested a solution of re plumbing above ground pipes. This was done the next day to a very high standard. The price was very competitive. The workpeople very well mannered and a very clean.

When we recently moved house we thought it best to have the boiler serviced. We had also noticed a radiator valve was leaking and we could not use the central heating....luckily the weather was not too cold at the time. Having not lived in the area for many years we had lost touch with a plumber we had used in the past but from a quick search on-line we could see that Lee Wright Plumbing was getting good reviews so we made the phone call. We were surprised and pleased to get a very prompt visit from Mark within 48 hours having thought we might have to wait weeks. Mark did an excellent job servicing the boiler and replacing the 'elbow' beneath the radiator valve. I can also add that the bill was fair which was helpful in these difficult times. We couldn't have asked for more and Mark was a pleasure to meet. Thank you Lee Wright Plumbing.
